GERALDINE FRATER-WYETH 
DIRECTOR + EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Geraldine Frater-Wyeth is a seasoned specialist producer with a wealth of experience in event management and runway production, both within Australia and on the international stage.
Having resided in Europe for an extended period, Geraldine honed her skills working with Dora Loewenstein Associates, a renowned event organizer in London catering to esteemed clients such as Madonna, Mick Jagger, The Hon. Daphne Guinness, Prada, and Gucci. In her capacity as Event Manager, she facilitated seamless coordination between London and New York for events like the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival and the annual Gala Dinner at the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A).
In 2010, Geraldine made her mark at Paris Fashion Week while collaborating with Australian Designer Akira Isogawa. Subsequently, she contributed to the success of major fashion events such as the Melbourne Fashion Festival and Melbourne Spring Fashion Week before founding Event Gallery Pty in 2011.
Her passion for nurturing talent led her to establish the Runway Production School in 2013, with the backing of the TFIA. Moreover, in 2014, Geraldine co-founded the Royal Botanic Runway alongside David Sheldermine, an innovative fundraising initiative for the Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens, featuring iconic Australian designers including Akira Isogawa, Aurelio Costeralla, Colette Dinnigan, and Martin Grant.
Geraldine’s expertise extends to producing over 40 runway shows annually, where she is deeply involved in every aspect of creative and technical execution. From designer programming and choreography to lighting direction, show calling, model casting, and overseeing all technical production teams, her meticulous attention to detail ensures the success of each event.
EBONY EREN 
FASHION + EVENTS MANAGER
Ebony Eren embarked on her fashion career upon completing her Associate degree in Fashion and Textile Merchandising from RMIT in 2011. During her student years, Ebony honed her skills by collaborating with Australian designers and Fashion Magazines, gaining invaluable industry experience. Additionally, she commenced her involvement with Melbourne’s prestigious Salon Tea shows at Christine boutique and cultivated a significant relationship with the esteemed design house Chanel, contributing to their Australian Season Launches.
Since joining Event Gallery in 2012, Ebony has played an indispensable role in a multitude of projects, ranging from the Melbourne Fashion Festival and Melbourne Fashion Week to the Adelaide Fashion Festival, Australian Fashion Week, Witchery Collection Launches, Air France Tribute Runway, Emporium Melbourne Launch, Adelaide Fashion Festival, the TV series finale of Project Runway, and Event Gallery’s renowned event, The Royal Botanic Runway.
In her current capacity as Fashion and Events Manager for Event Gallery, Ebony orchestrates the execution of 20 to 40 runway shows annually. Her responsibilities encompass coordinating both creative and technical teams to ensure the seamless realization of each production. Ebony’s wealth of experience and unwavering dedication solidify her as a pivotal figure in Event Gallery’s ongoing success within the fashion and events industry.
 
JENNY MCLENNAN
CASTING DIRECTOR
With over 20 years of expertise in the realm of casting direction and agency work, Jenny has established herself as a prominent figure in the industry. Since 2007, she has been an integral part of Chadwick Models, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of numerous talents. Additionally, for the past decade, Jenny has served as a trusted consultant to Event Gallery, contributing her wealth of knowledge and experience to projects such as the Melbourne Fashion Festival, Melbourne Fashion Week, The Emporium Launch & Royal Botanic Runway.
Throughout her career, Jenny has cultivated extensive relationships with Australia’s leading fashion brands, stylists, photographers, hair and makeup artists, magazines, media publications, and production teams. Her proficiency lies in the meticulous casting, scheduling, and management of models for shows and events, a skill set honed through years of hands-on experience and dedication to her craft. Jenny’s unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to foster strong industry connections have solidified her reputation as a trusted authority in casting and production within the Australian fashion landscape.
